Yes we do, please order before 1pm for same day delivery - please note that during busy periods, e.g. Mother's Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas, it is likely that our online shop will close early to help us keep up with demand.

We're always on hand to help and more than happy to whip up a bouquet or two at the drop of a hat (or should we say apron) but we always encourage our customers to order as far in advance as possible, especially if it's a special occasion! Not only does this help us manage our stock levels, but it also means we can be sure that you get the pick of the bunch.

For any last-minute orders – for those moments when you suddenly remember that you've forgotten your best friend’s birthday or a special wedding anniversary - please call us on 01704 790244 and we'll do our best to squeeze you in!

Once we've carefully chosen your blooms and created your bouquet, it will be safely packed away in our van ready for our delivery round, we aim to deliver all our orders before 4pm, but cannot guarantee any delivery times. We never make promises to deliver on or before a specific time, except of course for funeral and wedding orders. During busy periods, such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas, we deliver from 9am to 7pm.

Not always - we will always create your bouquet in your chosen colours but will often use different flowers depending on what is in season/what we have in stock. We only ever source the best grade flowers; we are extremely discerning about what we use in our work and we hope that this is clear in the quality of our designs.

The images that you see on our website are all our own and have either been shot by us or by local photographers, each image shows our own work. Our images are used to help showcase our style and give an indication of what type of bouquets we create, every bouquet will look slightly different to the next, that’s what makes them so special and so personal.

As a proudly cellophane free florist, we will deliver your chosen blooms in either kraft paper or our signature kraft box packaging depending on which bouquet you have chosen.

As we try to cut back on single use plastics and unnecessary waste, we encourage you to consider upgrading your order to add a glass vase. There really is nothing nicer than a bouquet of flowers presented in a vase, ready to be enjoyed without the worry of dusting off a jar or pot from the back of the kitchen cupboards!

For plants, pots and gifts (e.g. candles, hand creams, reed diffusers etc) we will use either kraft wrapping or tissue paper.

All our bouquets are tied off with twine and are finished with hessian or jute ribbons and we have replaced our branded stickers with a stamp to help further reduce plastic waste.

We are also in the process of phasing out floral foam, favouring alternatives such as moss and agrawool instead. We hope to have fully replaced our foam products with sustainable alternatives in the next few months, but in the meantime, if we ever do use traditional floral foam in our work, it will be clearly listed in the description.

Only if they want to! All our bouquets are expertly arranged so that the recipient can enjoy them straight away, all they need to do is leave them tied to keep the stems in place. If a bouquet has been delivered in water, the recipient can leave their flowers in the kraft box (also known as a ‘living vase’) for a few days before transferring them into their own vase, if they’d like to. For kraft wrapped bouquets, a care card is provided which clearly explains that flowers must be re-cut before being placed in water.

If you have any concerns (for example if you’re sending flowers to someone unwell or recovering from an operation etc) we would always recommend opting for flowers to be delivered in a glass vase, that way the only thing the recipient would need to worry about would be topping the water level up every few days or so.

Yes, but only if you give us enough notice. If you would like to order a bouquet containing a specific flower, please contact us as far in advance as possible to discuss your requirements.

Please be aware that we can only source flowers that are in season and minimum quantities may apply, e.g. if you would like to order something we don’t regularly use in our work, such as Gypsophila, we would ask that you purchase the whole wrap from us.

We can deliver to work addresses if they fall within our delivery radius, but please do provide an indication of the recipients working hours to help us organise our deliveries accordingly. We also ask that a phone number for the recipient is provided.

Please be aware that our drivers will only deliver to the doorstep or, where applicable, to the reception of a workplace, they will not deliver directly to the recipient's department, desk etc.

If nobody is home when we attempt to deliver their flowers, we will look to see if we can leave them in a safe place, in other words a space that leaves them protected from the elements. If no safe place can be found, we will try and leave the flowers with a neighbour. We will then contact you to make you aware of where we have left your order.

If we are struggling to locate a property, particularly in more rural areas, we may try to call the recipient to ask for directions, but we do try our very best to keep deliveries as a surprise.

In cases where no safe place or neighbour can be found, we will return to the shop with the flowers and contact you to discuss next steps.

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to local hospitals as many do not allow flowers on their wards. We'd be more than happy to deliver to the recipient once they return home, but we cannot deliver to them during their time in hospital.

Yes - we hope that our online shop is simple to navigate and easy to use, but if you’d prefer to order over the phone, or would like to speak with us in a little more detail, please call us on 01704 790244 and we will be more than happy to help.

Absolutely – if you’d like to collect an order, simply call us on 01704 790244 to arrange.

Please note that we are now based at 4 Station Road, Parbold, WN8 7NU.
